Limey
Looking at the recent introduction of electric scooters to the Brisbane streets, I was taken with how people were adopting them and using them in their everyday lives. While walking the streets I heard the negative comments from other pedestrians on how fast they were or where they had been parked or abandoned. This series of photographs seeks to illustrate these interactions along with questioning whether the scooters represent a viable functional addition to the city or have the potential to become visual pollution (despite their low eco footprint).
